My grandmother taught me that the main ingredient in everything you make should be heart & soul, and that’s what you see and feel as you enjoy and relax at Flavours Pâtisserie Café Known by the locals as a Jewel in the Crown for Bayside, Australian & French Trained Pastry Chef Christopher George owns and operates the artisan experience we all hunger for. I believe that “Eating should be an experience” and I take my croissants seriously so seriously in fact that I import my butter from France. How are we different – French butter croissants, free range eggs, hand crafted shortbread shells and that’s just the start of what makes our products a delight. If I could sum up in one bag some of our customers favourites it would contain..

– French Butter Croissants

– Twice Baked Almond Croissant with a frangipane almond custard.

– Shaved Turkey and Cranberry Baguette

– My Grandmothers Passionfruit Sponge

And….. A take away Coffee, but why take it away when you can enjoy it here, all of my Patisseries have a different French theme inspired from my culinary travels in France.
