My grandmother taught me that the main ingredient in everything you make should be heart & soul, and that’s what you see and feel as you enjoy and relax at Flavours Pâtisserie Café Known by the locals as a Jewel in the Crown for Bayside, Australian & French Trained Pastry Chef Christopher George owns and operates the artisan experience we all hunger for. I believe that “Eating should be an experience” and I take my croissants seriously so seriously in fact that I import my butter from France. How are we different – French butter croissants, free range eggs, hand crafted shortbread shells and that’s just the start of what makes our products a delight.
